Professional Videographer – Kings Cross

  • I work as a self‑shooting cameraman, looking after camera, sound and lighting so productions stay simple and efficient. My style on set is calm and organised, helping contributors feel comfortable on camera while everything runs smoothly.

  • I regularly film conferences, talks, interviews and branded content, creating clean, natural‑looking video for marketing, internal communication and online platforms.

  • Whether I’m covering a live event or recording one‑to‑one interviews, I focus on clear communication beforehand and reliable delivery afterwards.

EQUIPMENT

My Kings Cross videography kit is built around Canon cinema cameras trusted across the industry. Each camera is suited to different filming environments and production styles.

  • Cameras:

  • Canon C80 – Compact and reliable for event coverage and documentaries.

  • Canon C70 – Netflix-approved camera for cinematic and branded content.

  • Canon R6 Mark II – Full-frame image quality with flexible shooting options.

This setup works across a wide range of locations, giving dependable results whether I’m filming indoors, on the street or in larger venues.

VIDEOGRAPHY LIGHTING

  • I use compact LED lighting on my Kings Cross shoots to create a clean, balanced look that works for both interviews and event filming.

  • For interviews, I keep lighting soft and flattering so skin tones look natural on camera. At events or product launches, I adjust the setup so the space still feels true to how it looked in the room.

  • The aim is always the same: consistent, professional results that don’t feel over‑lit or artificial.

VIDEOGRAPHY SOUND

  • Clear sound is just as important as the image. I use Sennheiser and Rode microphones to capture clean, reliable audio on every shoot.

  • My kit includes wireless lapel mics for interviews and directional microphones for events and live spaces, helping keep voices clear while background noise stays under control.
